Position Summary

The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account management, new business development, and advanced customer relationship management. This role serves as a key contributor to the sales team by identifying opportunities, closing high-value deals, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate is highly self motivated, experienced, and skilled in consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
• Manage and grow a book of business through regular outreach and strategic relationship building.
• Conduct product presentations, proposals, and negotiations with decision-makers.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer onboarding, fulfillment, and service needs.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Junior Sales Representatives.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and ensure timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage sales cycles and high-value accounts.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, sales tools, Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Attributes
• Leadership or mentorship experience.
• Experience managing and growing an assigned territory or major accounts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Industry experience in decorated apparel and/or promotional products. Full-Time
