Position Summary

: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable/Inside Sales Assistant to support our sales team and coordinate office operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication between drivers, customers, and internal teams while maintaining accurate records related to material pickups, pricing, and customer payments.

Key Responsibilities

: Sales & Customer Support:

• Provide daily administrative and logistical support to the sales team.
• Assist sales reps in tracking customer accounts and managing communication.
• Support pricing and settlement processes, including generating checks and receipts for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and maintaining strong client relationships. Logistics Coordination:
• Match Bill of Lading (BOL) information to materials received from customer facilities.
• Verify material details during driver pickups and flag any discrepancies.
• Coordinate with drivers and ensure accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing loads. Administrative

Duties

:

• Handle all shipping-related paperwork and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Process payments to customers for received materials according to internal procedures.
• Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, document management, and other admin tasks as needed.

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in administrative support, inside sales, logistics, or a similar role (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Knowledge or experience in the recycling or metal processing industry is a strong advantage. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
