VP of Sales - Municipal & Wastewater $180,000 - $220,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE $360,000 - $440,000) + Stock Options + 401(k) + Healthcare + PTO Austin, Texas Are you a senior sales leader with extensive experience selling into the municipal water and wastewater sector, looking to build and lead a high- performing team while driving the growth of a disruptive water technology company? On offer is the opportunity to own an entire business vertical, lead major municipal and infrastructure projects, build a national sales organization from the ground up, earn uncapped commission, and play a pivotal role in the growth of an innovative, cutting-edge water technology company. This fast-growing technology manufacturer is disrupting the water industry through innovative engineering and has already secured significant long-term municipal and commercial contracts. They're entering an exciting period of expansion and are looking for an ambitious sales executive to establish and grow their Municipal & Wastewater division. On offer is a high-impact leadership role where you'll drive revenue strategy, build and mentor a national sales team, develop relationships with municipalities, utilities and engineering consultants, and lead complex government sales opportunities from initial engagement through to contract award. You'll have the autonomy to shape the sales strategy while working closely with executive leadership to scale the business. This role would suit a sales leader with experience selling municipal water or wastewater solutions who is looking for executive-level responsibility, exceptional earning potential and the opportunity to build a market-leading business.

• The Role:
• Build and lead the Municipal & Wastewater sales division while developing national sales strategy and driving revenue growth
• Own complex municipal sales cycles, government procurement processes, RFP responses and multi-million-dollar infrastructure opportunities
• Recruit, mentor and develop a high-performing sales team while managing pipeline forecasting, CRM performance and strategic customer relationships

• Strong experience selling into the municipal water, wastewater or environmental infrastructure sector
• Proven track record of closing complex, high-value government or municipal contracts and leading high-performing sales teams
