Do you start a conversation with anyone and keep it moving? Are you confident handling objections and turning a "No" into a "Tell me more"? If you answered yes, we want to talk to you. Loyalty Nissan in Chester is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated Service to Sales Consultant to join our growing dealership team. This is a unique opportunity that combines customer service, relationship building, and sales in a fast-paced automotive environment. Many of our customers are Spanish speakers and is you are Bi-Lingual, this is the role for you! You'll work directly with customers visiting our service department and contact recent service customers to explore opportunities to upgrade their vehicles. No cold-call lists. No door-to-door sales. You'll be speaking with customers who already know and trust our dealership.

What You'll Do

• Engage customers waiting for their vehicles in our service department
• Present vehicle upgrade and purchase opportunities
• Reach out to recent service customers by phone
• Follow proven scripts and dealership processes
• Build rapport quickly and identify customer needs
• Handle objections professionally and confidently
• Schedule appointments and generate vehicle purchase opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Automotive sales, BDC, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or call center experience
