Job Description

: The Waters Allstate Agency is looking for an insurance sales agent to join our award-winning team in Millbrook, AL as a full-time Insurance Sales Agent. Do you like to be rewarded based on your performance instead of everyone's actions? If YES then apply NOW! COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Monday - Friday from 9AM to 6PM - NO WEEKENDS

Compensation

ranges from $40,000 - $80,000/year (Base salary + Commissions + Bonus)

• Meeting new business production goals
• Generate sales by connecting with referrals from your personal network, reaching out to former customers to earn back their business, and conducting policy reviews that uncover additional sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with Realtors, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, and Auto Dealers
• Most people don't know how much insurance they need. We'll train you to educate customers and help them choose the right coverage to protect what matters most. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Someone with a positive mindset, self driven, coachable, upbeat, & enthusiastic attitude.

• The ability and desire to provide an extremely high level of customer service to prospects and existing customers. EXPERIENCE & LICENSING:
• NO insurance or sales experience required.
• Don't Have an Insurance License Yet? We've Got You Covered! We pay for your licensing training to help you earn your insurance license. Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
