Overview

Best Way Truck & Trailer Repair LLC is seeking a driven and energetic Outside Parts Sales Representative to grow our customer base and strengthen relationships within the transportation industry. This role is critical to expanding our parts business by developing new accounts, maintaining existing customers, and delivering excellent service to fleets, owner-operators, and repair shops.

Key Responsibilities

• Make daily in-person visits and phone calls to current customers and new prospects
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned territory
• Provide quotes, process orders, and handle necessary paperwork
• Follow up on leads, backorders, and customer needs
• Work closely with the shop and parts team to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Experience in heavy-duty truck, trailer, diesel, or automotive parts preferred
• Background in trucking, transportation, or repair industry is highly beneficial
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Ability to make daily sales calls and handle cold calling
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Work

• Comfortable being on the road locally to visit customers daily
• Ability to cold call and interact with 10+ customers/prospects per day
