Key Responsibilities

: Marketing & Client Acquisition

• Identify potential referral sources such as hospitals, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
• Follow up on all inquiries and ensure timely responses to prospective clients and referral partners.
• Build and nurture relationships with case managers, social workers, discharge planners, and other referral professionals.
• Maintain consistent communication and provide updates to strengthen referral partnerships.
• Ensure prompt acknowledgment of referrals and inquiries to enhance satisfaction and trust.
• Represent Serenity at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities.
• Conduct presentations and sponsor local events to increase brand visibility.
• Develop and maintain community partnerships to support outreach and engagement initiatives.
• Track and report referral counts, client conversions, and other key performance metrics.
• Analyze trends to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
• Utilize data insights to refine marketing strategies and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Plan and coordinate promotional activities, including seminars, open houses, and community events. Recruitment Support
• Engage with applicants and job seekers through culturally competent communication.
• Promote caregiver opportunities through community job groups, churches, community centers, job boards, and local media outlets.

• Russian speaking Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
