Join Legacy Shore Marketing as a Sales Assistant! We partner with industry leaders like AT&T; to connect their services with residential communities through in-person outreach. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in sales while developing communication and relationship-building skills. As a Sales Assistant, you will implement tactics as defined by the Marketing and Sales team. You are responsible for customer sales activities in an assigned territory near or within Sacramento Valley. The Sales Assistant works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, profitable revenue generation, and long- term account goals which align with company strategy, vision, and values. This is an in-person direct selling role where you visit prospects at their homes. This position is great for individuals who are just starting out their career. No experience required, we will train you to be equipped in driving sales success. Sales Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities

:

• Develop understanding of the customer, their challenges, and needs to successfully identify new sales opportunities with current and potential customers.
• Presenting our features and benefits for our products and services. Suggesting solutions that provide relevant value to our customers' needs.
• Complete sales transactions accurately, making sure to follow up as necessary and address customer concerns in a timely manner
• Join training for self and professional development.
• Maintain accurate records of daily enrollment activity and customer interactions.
• Learn proven sales techniques through ongoing coaching and hands-on field training
• Handle objections and rejections through uncovering their actual needs
• Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism Sales Assistant

Qualifications

:

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Sales Experience or Customer Service experience preferred but not required (training provided)
• Able to work near or within the Sacramento Valley, CA area.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Must be able to type and use computer to capture data
• Attentive and persistent
• Willing to learn Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
