Duties

• Proactively engage and qualify customers to understand buying intent, lifestyle needs, and budget, guiding them to the right vehicle and ownership solution
• Deliver a high-impact showroom and test drive experience that builds value, urgency, and trust throughout the sales process
• Consistently close deals while maximizing front- and back-end gross through effective negotiation and product presentation
• Present and upsell F&I; products (warranties, protection packages, financing options) to increase overall deal profitability
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of vehicle inventory, features, incentives, and competitive models to position vehicles effectively
• Manage a strong personal pipeline through follow-up, referrals, and repeat business to drive consistent monthly performance
• Structure deals that align with customer expectations while protecting dealership profitability and compliance standards
• Collaborate with management and F&I; to finalize deals efficiently and ensure a seamless delivery experience
• Deliver exceptional customer service that generates 5-star reviews, referrals, and long-term client relationships
• Stay accountable to performance metrics including units sold, gross profit, closing ratio, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Valid driving license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving is preferred
• Strong math skills for pricing calculations, discounts, and order processing
• Proven ability in sales or customer service roles with excellent communication skills
• Ability to perform route driving efficiently while managing time effectively
• Physical capability for heavy lifting and merchandising tasks as needed
• Organizational skills to manage schedules, route plans, and inventory records accurately
• Military experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline, teamwork, and leadership qualities
