What You'll Do

• Create a warm, welcoming, luxury experience for every customer
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
• Assist customers with bridal jewelry, diamonds, fashion jewelry, and gifts
• Learn and confidently present product knowledge and designer collections
• Support custom jewelry consultations and special orders
• Operate the POS system accurately and professionally
• Maintain beautiful merchandise displays and showroom presentation
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, and daily store operations
• Help customers over the phone and in-store with professionalism and care What We're Looking For
