Position Summary

Diamond Auto Styling is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to help customers find the right automotive customization and protection solutions. This role involves building relationships with customers, generating new business, preparing estimates, closing sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the initial inquiry through project completion.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, email, and social media.
• Educate customers on products and services including:
• Window tint
• Paint protection film (PPF)
• Ceramic coatings
• Vehicle wraps
• Vinyl graphics
• Detailing services
• Remote starters and automotive accessories (if applicable)
• Prepare accurate quotes and explain pricing and available packages.
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Coordinate scheduling with the installation team.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain customer records using CRM or shop management software.
• Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Assist with marketing efforts by encouraging reviews and referrals.
• Help maintain a clean, professional showroom and workspace.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for automobiles and vehicle customization.
• Ability to build trust and provide excellent customer service.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and point-of-sale software.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
