APEX Auto Center is looking for an experienced front counter representative to assist customers and handle daily front-office operations. Main

Duties

:

  • Assist customers in person and over the phone
  • Create estimates and schedule appointments
  • Follow up with customers
  • Bring in new customers
  • Post available inventory on Facebook Marketplace
  • Respond to online messages and customer questions
  • Keep the front counter organized
Requirements

:

  • Must have previous experience at a tire shop, mechanic shop, or automotive shop
  • Minimum three years of sales experience
  • Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using computers and social media
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Dependable, organized, and motivated Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour Work Location: In person
