About American Water Sports: Family owned and operated company that specializes in creating a hassle-free boating experience. We are one of the fastest growing full-service boat dealers in Southwest Missouri. We're growing and looking to add the right fit to our team. This is a salary plus commission-based position. What you will be doing :

• Selling new & used boats
• Following up with leads received online
• Posting boats on Facebook
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective buyers
• Negotiate pricing and close sales
• Building relationships with current customers and new customers
• Working with our marketing team to create content
• Stay knowledgeable about inventory, features, and industry trends
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and records
• Test driving boats What we are looking for:

• Boat experience is required. Must be able to confidently operate a boat, drive a truck & back a trailer. Skills/

• Understanding of basic math
• Excellent communication and customerservice skills
• Computer Skills with experience using Outlook preferred

Requirements

• Must be able to work Saturdays, non-negotiable.
• High School or Equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Clean driving record
• Previous Proven Sales Experience,
• Class E license and Boater Safety Certification, if needed
• Boat knowledge and be able to drive a boat, non-negotiable Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
