Job Summary

As an Independent Insurance Agency, we represent dozens of top-rated insurance companies offering our customers the best coverage at the best prices. Some responsibilities include:

• Review and evaluation of prospective customers current insurance coverage and present alternatives based on coverage and price.
• Close sale of property & casualty insurance products such as Auto, Home, Condo, Landlord, Umbrella, RV insurance and if experienced commercial insurance.
• Ensure maximum customer satisfaction and retention
• Service and maintain client relationships
• Maintain high proficiency level with carrier website rating systems to provide accurately priced alternative quotes to customers and prospects. Required Skills & Experience:
• Arizona Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Excellent customer service skills
• Highly motivated and driven to excel
• Excellent interpersonal skills- Must be honest, engaging, personable, empathetic
• Technical skills to include: Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook email.
• Experience using Insurance Insurance quoting systems such as: EZLYNX
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work in an independent and efficient manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Ability to make decisions in accordance with established practices and procedures
