What You'll Do

• Build relationships with customers and provide an outstanding vehicle shopping experience.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact through vehicle delivery.
• Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles while highlighting their features and benefits.
• Produce new business through prospecting, referrals, and repeat clientele.
• Achieve individual sales goals while delivering customer satisfaction. What You'll Bring
• 1+ years of sales, customer service experience or automotive sales experience.
• Desire to achieve personal and financial goals.
• Build relationships and earn customer's trust.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The Annual

Pay Range

for this position is $48,200 - $158,700. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long- term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Payable Gross, and Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
