Requirements

:

• 3-5 years in affiliate management, mortgage lead generation, or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of mortgage funnels, borrower qualification metrics, and lending products.
• Knowledge of RESPA, TILA, Fair Lending, and compliant mortgage marketing requirements.
• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (Everflow, Impact, Tune, CJ, etc.) and CRM workflows.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills with an analytical mindset. Account Manager

Responsibilities

:

• Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliate partners across publishers, aggregators, and comparison sites.
• Manage and nurture relationships with affiliates while ensuring compliant, high-quality mortgage traffic.
• Monitor affiliate performance, lead quality, payout structures, and conversion across borrower funnels.
• Collaborate across marketing, compliance, and product on campaign approvals, disclosures, and creatives.
