Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve Agency Revenue Targets: Sell new insurance policies and services to prospective clients, aligning offerings with their unique needs and upholding Rathbun Insurance's core values.
• Expand Professional Network: Participate in industry events and local networking opportunities to foster connections and partnerships while building Rathbun's reputation in the community.
• Cultivate Client Relationships: Nurture relationships through open communication, personalized service, and a commitment to Being There Matters Most.
• Stay Informed: Maintain extensive knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide valuable guidance to clients and insights to the sales team.
• Exceed Sales Goals: Meet or exceed established sales quotas and targets, contributing to the financial success of the agency.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a steady pipeline of potential business opportunities through timely follow-up and collaborative efforts with the sales team.

Qualifications

• State of Michigan P&C; Producer License (required)
• Over five years of proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a professional environment.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset.
