Apple Holler is hiring a Farmer's Market Salesperson to manage and operate our booth at various farmers market locations. We're looking for someone with a persuasive, engaging personality, a passion for interacting with people, and the ability to clearly communicate the benefits and uses of our productswhile cross-selling and up-selling to maximize sales. The ideal candidate will either have prior retail sales experience or be able to demonstrate a natural sales ability during the interview.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Begin each shift at Apple Holler by loading products into a designated company vehicle.
• Drive to the market location, unload items, set up the display, and staff the booth for the day.
• After the market concludes, tear down the booth, reload the vehicle, return to Apple Holler, and unload remaining items.
• Set up merchandise in an organized and visually appealing way, price items, and prepare for customer interactions.
• Ensure professional, courteous interactions with customers while following all FHFM rules and guidelines.
• Maintain punctual attendance at all scheduled markets. Occasional substitutions may be arranged with prior notice.
• Actively engage customers: identify their needs, educate them about our offerings, and encourage additional purchases through effective cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
• Accurately process sales transactions, ensuring balance.
• Return all inventory and transactions at the end of the day. Hours and Wage: Hours vary, with an hourly compensation range of $13.00-$18.00/hour depending on experience. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
