Qualifications

:

• Sales Expertise: Two years in a sales-driven, high-end retail environment preferred, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs.
• Product Knowledge: Experience or strong interest in the wine, beer, and spirits industry preferred. We value knowledge and also provide ongoing education.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and engage clients in meaningful conversations.
• Teamwork: Strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
• Physical

Requirements

: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Deliver an outstanding client experience by guiding guests through our curated sales floor, making thoughtful recommendations, and sharing product stories.
• Ensure inventory is stocked, displayed, and merchandised according to company standards.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals by applying proven sales techniques and maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and restocking inventory, ensuring accurate counts and proper storage to maintain product quality and availability.
• Contribute to the upkeep and maintenance of the store to maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment.
