Business Development Manager Key Exteriors | Fort Wayne, Indiana Can You Book The Board Out Every Day? What You'll Be Responsible For

• Managing lead generation activities
• Overseeing phone room operations
• Supervising canvassing leadership
• Coordinating shows, fairs, festivals, and community events
• Driving appointment generation
• Recruiting and developing marketing personnel
• Creating a culture of accountability and performance
• Monitoring key performance metrics

You believe in winning. CompensationBase Salary $52,000 per year Performance Bonus Monthly bonus opportunities based upon Net-In-Production (NIP). Current bonus structure:
• Band 1: $450,000.00 - $599,999.99 0.50%
• Band 2: $600,000.00 - $749,999.99 0.75%
• Band 3: $750,000.00 - $899,999.99 1.00%
• Band 4: $900,000.00 - $1,049,999.99 1.25%
