We are seeking a high-performing Sales Associate (Equipment) to manage client accounts, generate accurate project bids, and coordinate logistics. This role blends industrial sales, technical blueprint estimation, and operations management. I

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales: Help customers find the right scaffolding and forming products
• Create Estimates: Read blueprints and project plans to write up accurate, profitable cost bids
• Coordinate Logistics: Work with the warehouse, crew, and dispatch to ensure jobs run smoothly
• Track Inventory: Check that equipment is ready for projects and order parts when needed
• Handle Billing: Check invoices for accuracy and process change orders
• Learn Products: Attend regular training sessions to stay sharp on all equipment specs
• Skills
• Construction Knowledge: Experience in construction or building materials is preferred
• Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and understand project plans and specifications
• Math & Tech Skills:
• Strong math skills and comfort using computers, email, and office tech
• CAD Skills: Experience with CAD or graphic design software is a plus

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years Sales Experience
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding
• Valid Hawaii driver's license
