This role involves engaging with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be a "go-getter," and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual abilities and experience in outside sales or retail sales are highly valued. This position offers opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and networking.
• NO COLD CALLING, however, this is a high outbound communication role.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance products and coverage options.
• Manage sales administration tasks such as documentation, policy processing, and follow-up communications.
• Outbound prospecting for new customers via phone, text, e-mail.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Skills
• Ideally, but not necessary, a proven experience in outside sales or retail sales. A strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of building rapport with diverse clients.
• Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities will help serve a broader client base effectively.
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments requiring flexibility and proactive problem-solving skills. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping others secure their financial future through insurance products while advancing their careers in sales and customer service excellence. Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
