Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Representative to join our recycling company. You will leverage your expertise in prospecting, field sales and business development skills to expand our client base across industries that generate large volumes of recyclable material (paper, cardboard, plastics, pallets, metals). Your proactive approach and exceptional communication skills will drive revenue growth, foster long-term partnerships, and promote our comprehensive recycling solutions. Position

Responsibilities

Achieve a reoccurring Book of Business thru vigorous new account acquisition:

• By end of Year 1: $XX,000 reoccurring monthly Revenue with Gross Margin over XX%
• End of Year 2: $XX,000 reoccurring monthly Revenue with Gross Margin over XX%
• Year 3+: $XX,000 reoccurring monthly Revenue with Gross Margin over XX% Manage your pipeline through Prospecting:
• Continually maintain an Elite-8 eight high-probability Opportunities
• Develop and manage your Target Prospects (by industry).
• Document your Prospecting Activities.
• Build your Book of Business into Wins Administrative: education, paperwork, and communication
• Responsible for communicating to Customer Pricing that ensures healthy profit margins
• Without fail, email every Friday night your week's Activities & Results
• Manage assigned Leads from Marketing
• Maintain technical recycling industry knowledge by reviewing recycling industry publications, participating in industry networks, and continuous assessment of your clients' needs

Qualifications

5+ years Sales experience required Some experience in waste/recycling/uniform industry preferred Important Character Traits: Tenacity, Grit, Professionalism Exemplary negotiation and closing skills Detail-oriented with the ability to document daily progress Excellent written and verbal communication with superior attention to detail Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
