Responsibilities

:

• Represent major telecom clientslike AT&T;in residential environments, helping customers find solutions tailored to their needs.
• Learn the sales cycle by working closely with experienced representatives who will coach you on customer engagement, product knowledge, and service presentations.
• Build rapport with customers through personalized, one-on-one conversations to ensure they feel confident and informed in their purchasing decisions.
• Assist with sales logistics, including processing orders, preparing sales materials, and keeping records up to date.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
• Stay up to date on products and promotions, helping educate customers on the latest innovations in wireless, internet, and streaming services.
