What You'll Do

As a Sales Professional, you'll guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases they'll make. Your goal is to build relationships, understand each customer's needs, and provide an exceptional buying experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone.
• Learn about each customer's riding style, needs, and budget to recommend the right powersports vehicle.
• Demonstrate product features through walkarounds and test rides.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up on internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities within the dealership CRM.
• Prepare sales paperwork, finance documentation, trade-in information, and purchase agreements accurately.
• Maintain an organized, attractive showroom and ensure inventory is presentation-ready.
• Collaborate with the Finance, Parts, and Service departments to deliver an exceptional ownership experience.
• Stay current on manufacturer incentives, promotions, and new product knowledge. What We're Looking For
