What You'll Do

• Work warm and self-generated leads (digital lead flow resources provided)
• Conduct virtual consultations to help families choose the right life/health coverage
• Manage your pipeline through our CRM
• Attend daily/weekly training and team accountability sessions
• Work toward licensing (we help guide you through getting your Life & Health license if you don't already have it) What We're Looking For
• Full-time commitment 40+ hours/week, this is not a side hustle
• Self-starters who can work independently in a remote or hybrid setup
• Strong communication skills and comfort with sales conversations
• Coachable mindset willing to follow a proven system
• Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)

Compensation

• 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor
• Uncapped earning potential top producers can earn six figures +
