Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician and Sales professional who is energetic, motivated, and ready to deliver top-tier service while driving sales growth. Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and plumbing components.
• Diagnose system issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and mechanical knowledge to identify solutions efficiently.
• Conduct service calls in the field, ensuring timely and effective repairs on HVAC/R equipment, appliances, and property systems.
• Assist customers by providing expert advice on HVAC design options and system upgrades to meet their needs. Training for sales is provided.
• Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accurate documentation.
• Operate brazing tools and perform equipment repair tasks to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Support property maintenance tasks as needed, including troubleshooting, repair, and replacement and add ons.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service attitude a must. Proven experience as an HVAC technician with a strong background as a service technician Comfort advisor, and sometimes aid in the Installation of such equipment.
• Knowledge of schematics, HVAC designand mechanical systems.
• Mechanical aptitude with experience in furnaces, air conditioners, humidifiers, air quality equipment, boiler operation, brazing, and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; No DUI's accepted, must pass random drug screening.
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with field service experience in HVAC/R environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings.
