Jewelry Sales & Client Experience Specialist Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunity Join a Relationship-Driven Jewelry Store Focused on Custom Design, Client Care & Growth We are a family-owned independent jewelry store seeking a motivated, client- focused professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building lasting customer relationships. Our store specializes heavily in jewelry repairs, custom design, and personalized client service. While jewelry experience is welcomed, we are equally interested in strong sales professionals with luxury retail, consultative sales, or relationship-building experience who are eager to learn the jewelry industry. What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist customers with jewelry sales, custom design conversations, and repair intake
• Follow up with existing clients and help develop long-term customer relationships
• Support a consultative, solutions-focused sales environment
• Learn and grow within custom jewelry and repair coordination
• Maintain professionalism while working in a collaborative family-owned business environment
• Help drive business growth through outreach, follow-up, and proactive client engagement What We're Looking For
