Outside Sales / Business Development Manager - Commercial Landscape Services Keesen Landscape Management is growing and looking for a proven outside sales professional to develop new commercial landscape maintenance business throughout the Colorado Springs market. You'll develop relationships with commercial property managers, facility managers, HOAs, office, industrial, retail, healthcare, and multi-family property owners throughout the Colorado Springs and surrounding communities.

What You'll Do

• Prospect new commercial clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Develop proposals and present solutions to commercial property and facility managers.
• Manage your sales pipeline and customer activity using Aspire CRM.
• Partner with operations to ensure a seamless transition after each sale. What Success Looks Like Success in this role means building a strong pipeline of qualified commercial opportunities, consistently closing new maintenance contracts, and becoming a trusted advisor to property management professionals. What We're Looking For If this sounds exciting to you, we are seeking a proven business developer with these qualifications:
• 3+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience selling commercial services. Experience in landscape, janitorial, HVAC, roofing, pest control, security, parking lot maintenance, construction services, or similar industries is preferred.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management.
• Experience using a CRM to manage opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred. What You'll Get
