Full description of the position

State Farm Agent's office seeks an Insurance Licensed Sales/Service Representative-Team Member (In-Person). This is an in-office/in-person role where you'll build relationships, educate customers, and help them protect what matters. Insurance Producer Licenses required (P &C; required; we prefer you already have them, or can obtain ASAPtraining/tools provided if needed - L &H; will also be required).

Responsibilities

:

• Have needs-based sales conversations and recommend the right insurance solutions
• Follow up on quotes and customer questions same business day when possible
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly goals
• Provide excellent customer service, including: policy updates, claims, payment assistance, timely responses to questions /service needs, proactively resolving issues
• Support the agency by networking, building referrals, and attending community events, acquiring positive social media reviews
• Complete required State Farm product training, plus continuous training
• Maintain accurate workflow and records; manage priorities
• Document all interactions within our database

Qualifications

:

• Insurance Producer Licenses required (P &C; required; we prefer you already have them, or can obtain ASAPtraining/tools provided if needed - L &H; will also be required)
• Current or recent insurance agency experience preferred
• Strong communication skills (verbal + written)
• Positive, fast learner, coachable attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable with phone/email and using CRM/computer tools
• Not easily discouraged by rejection
• Empathetic, patient, and service-focused
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Schedule & Availability:
• MonFri daytime only (no evenings/weekends)

• Total comp range: $38,000 $65,000/or higher (based on candidate production and experience)
