What You'll Do

Build and manage a pipeline of buyers and sellers Conduct 520 real estate conversations daily (we'll show you how) Follow proven systems for lead generation and conversion Attend team trainings, coaching sessions, and accountability check-ins Deliver a high-level client experience from start to finish Who This Is For Motivated, growth-minded individuals New or experienced real estate agents Someone who wants structure, coaching, and accountability Someone ready to take consistent action and improve daily What We're Looking For Active Hawaii Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one) Strong communication skills Coachable and team-oriented mindset Willingness to follow proven systems High level of personal accountability

Compensation
