Overview

Drive group attendance and revenue for Truth Traveler, the immersive biblical adventure attraction in Pigeon Forge. Own the full sales cycle for churches, schools, tour operators, motor coach groups, and family reunions from prospecting through booking and onsite execution. This is a relationship- driven role combining proactive outreach, event coordination, and live booth representation at trade shows and community events.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close group bookings (faith-based, school, senior, and tour operator markets) to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Build and manage a pipeline via outbound calls, email, referrals, and CRM follow-up; maintain accurate records and forecasts.
• Coordinate group logistics on arrival scheduling, ticketing, catering tie-ins, and guest experience -iin partnership with operations.
• Plan and execute promotional events; staff and represent Truth Traveler at booths for trade shows, festivals, conventions, and faith conferences (travel and weekend work required).
• Develop partnerships with local hotels, DMOs, churches, and Pigeon Forge tourism organizations.
• Negotiate group rates and packages within approved pricing structures; prepare contracts and invoicing.
• Track competitor offerings and report market intelligence to leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years in group sales, hospitality, tourism, or attractions sales faith-market experience a strong plus.
• Proven record of meeting/exceeding revenue quotas.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and closing skills; comfortable representing the brand publicly at booths and events.
• CRM proficiency and standard office tools.
• Able to lift/transport booth materials and stand for extended periods at events; valid driver's license.
• Alignment with the mission and values of a family-oriented, faith-based attraction. Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
