Are you motivated by helping customers and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment? Our client is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service, recommend products and services, and contribute to the success of the retail team. This is a retail sales position where success comes from building relationships, identifying customer needs, delivering outstanding customer service, and helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers and initiate conversations to identify needs and sales opportunities
• Build rapport and recommend products and services that best fit each customer's goals
• Consistently work toward individual and team sales targets
• Present products, services, and promotions with confidence and enthusiasm
• Guide customers through the purchasing process while providing an outstanding retail experience
• Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain positive customer relationships
• Stay informed on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail sales floor
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
• Collaborate with the retail team and leadership to achieve store goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and retail hours
• Previous experience in retail, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, automotive sales, wireless sales, or other customer-facing environments is preferred but not required
