Dan De La Cruz State Farm in Villa Park, IL is hiring a Bilingual Spanish Business Development Professional to help grow the agency and serve the local community. This role is open to both entry-level and experienced candidates and requires an outgoing, competitive personality. Role Highlights

  • Full-time sales and business development role in a local State Farm agency.
  • Serve customers in both English and Spanish, focusing on relationship building and protection needs.
  • Clear path for growth and high earning potential based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, follow up, and close new business across auto, home, renters, life, and small business insurance.
  • Make outbound calls, work incoming leads, and engage with the local community.
  • Provide a friendly, professional experience for every customer interaction.
Requirements
  • Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Must be able to obtain the Illinois Property & Casualty license.
  • Outgoing, competitive, goal-driven, and comfortable talking to people. Preferred Background
  • Sales, customer service, retail, banking, or similar experience is a plus but not required.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, results-focused environment. Pay: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
