Outside Sales Representative Hail Damage

Overview

Innovation Auto is looking for motivated, outgoing, and driven individuals to join our growing team as Outside Sales Representatives. In this role, you will help vehicle owners affected by hail damage understand the repair process, schedule inspections, and guide them through their insurance claim. No previous hail repair experience is requiredwe provide training. This is a high-income opportunity for individuals who enjoy meeting people, working outdoors, and getting paid based on results.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads in neighborhoods affected by hail storms.
• Speak with vehicle owners and educate them about Paintless Dent Repair (PDR).
• Schedule vehicle inspections.
• Follow up with customers throughout the repair process.
• Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM.
• Represent Innovation Auto professionally in the community.
• Work closely with our office team to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude and self-motivation.
• Comfortable working outdoors.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Compensation

• Commission-based pay with unlimited earning potential.
• Top performers can earn $80,000$200,000+ per year.
