Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Sales Associate for FanFancy+ at Ala Moana Center! As a Sales associate, you will welcome customers, deliver them with exceptional customer service, provide them with adequate product/Oshikatsu knowledge, and make sure customers have a pleasant experience. This position requires availablity for a standard full-time schedule, with Wednesdays and Thursdays designated as regular days off.

Duties

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customer's needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Process POS Square (point of sale) purchases
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and co-workers
• Comply with inventory control procedures

Qualifications

• An appreciation for Japanese pop culture (i.e. anime, manga, idols)
• Previous experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative, or similar role
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Ability to stand for long hours
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items
• Proficiency in English
• Basic Math skills
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner Pay: $17.00 per hour
