Overview

: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. This is a full time position and must have open availability. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. If you have proven sales experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we would like to hear from you. This is a commission/draw based job.

Responsibilities

: - Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis - Greet customers and provide assistance in finding products or answering questions - Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business - Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers - Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction Dress Code is business professional.

Qualifications

: - Minimum of 5 years retail sales required. - Previous experience in customer service or retail sales required - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Basic math skills for cash handling and point-of-sale transactions - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well in a team environment Must have open availability
