Overview

BMW of Idaho Falls is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Agent to join our dynamic team. As a BDC Agent, you will play a key role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction by managing leads, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts to engage with prospective and existing customers.
• Schedule sales and service appointments, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Follow up on leads generated through online inquiries, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-through.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the dealership's CRM system.
• Stay informed about BMW products, features, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
• Meet or exceed performance goals for lead response time, appointment setting, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred, ideally in an automotive or retail environment.
• Comfortable using CRM software, email platforms, and other technology tools.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales/customer service a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Job Type: Full-time Projected Total

Compensation
