Overview

Total Wireless is looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join our retail team. No extensive experience is required we provide training! If you enjoy helping customers, learning new technology, and earning extra money through sales, this role is a great opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
• Assist customers with phones, plans, and basic questions
• Demonstrate devices and accessories
• Process sales and payments using our POS system
• Promote current deals and upgrades
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well stocked
• Answer customer questions in person and over the phone
• Work with your team to meet sales goals What We're Looking For
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic math skills for handling payments
• Ability to work well in a team
• Retail or sales experience is helpful but not required
• Bilingual skills are a plus Pay & Job Details
• Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
• Pay: $19.29-$20.00 per hour plus commission
• Schedule: Flexible, including evenings and weekends
• Work Location: In person Join Total Wireless and earn while you learn with hourly pay, commission opportunities, and room to grow. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
