We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused AT&T; Sales Assistant to join our sales team in the Greensboro area. As an AT&T; Sales Assistant, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend products and services that improve their everyday connectivity. Responsibilities

:

• Engage directly with customers to present and explain AT&T; products, services, and current promotions
• Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend tailored solutions, including wireless, internet, TV, and mobile offerings
• Build and maintain strong knowledge of AT&T; products, features, and promotional updates
• Develop lasting customer relationships through high-quality service and sales support
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely, professional solutions
• Deliver excellent customer experiences while meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Attend AT&T; Sales Assistant seminars to strengthen your sales and customer service skills, and stay up to date on AT&T;'s latest products AT &T; Sales Assistant

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
• Prior experience as an AT&T; Sales Assistant is highly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology and product offerings
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to succeed in a performance-based environment
