Overview

: We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive high-end passenger car and commercial truck sales. In this role, you will develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, build lasting customer relationships, and implement effective sales strategies. Your leadership will ensure that our dealership exceeds sales targets while providing exceptional customer service and expert guidance on automotive financing options.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and dealership-wide sales goals in automotive and commercial truck sectors
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound calls, B2B outreach, cold calling, and networking events
• Negotiate deals effectively with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while upholding dealership policies
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through excellent communication skills, personalized service, and follow-up
• Oversee inventory management to align stock levels with market demand and sales strategies
• Conduct product presentations and public speaking engagements to promote vehicle features and dealership offerings
• Support the sales team with training on CRM software, upselling techniques, and closing strategies Experience
• Proven automotive industry sales experience with a focus on high-end or passenger car sales
• Demonstrated success in sales management or team leadership within a dealership environment
• Strong negotiation skills complemented by excellent communication and phone etiquette
• Experience with B2B sales, outbound prospecting, and retail math calculations
• Familiarity with automotive financing options and inventory control processes
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases
