About the Role

We're looking for an outgoing, high-energy, competitive, sales-driven person to join our team at HOTWORX Pewaukee. In this role, you'll be the face of the studio helping members crush their workouts, prospecting new members, and driving sales while keeping our HOTWORX community fun, motivating, and welcoming. The right person LOVES health & fitness, thrives on hitting goals, and knows how to sell with confidence and personality. Your Mission

• Deliver 5-star customer service every single day
• Drive new membership sales & retail sales
• Motivate and coach members during their HOTWORX sessions
• Retain members and build lasting relationships
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and high-energy

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships and hit monthly sales goals
• Prospect new clients (guest passes, ambassador program, outside promotions, etc.)
• Provide proper sauna + workout instructions and encourage participation in the HOTWORX App & Burn Off Challenge
• Assist with social media, promotions, and community events
• Follow all open/close procedures, cleaning checklists, and daily marketing tasks
• Maintain required certifications and HOTWORX training annually What We're Looking For
• Sales experience (fitness, retail, or service industry a plus!)
• Outgoing personality + great communication skills
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by commissions
• Professional appearance & positive energy
• Interest in fitness, health, and wellness Training & Certifications
• HOTWORX Trainer/Sales Associate Certification (provided)
• CPR/AED/First Aid (required or willing to obtain)
• Ongoing HOTWORX University training Pay & Perks
• $15/hour base + commission (sales goals = real earning potential)
