What You'll Do

• Engage with customers directly in a retail setting and identify their needs
• Present and explain wireless plans, devices, and service options clearly
• Support customer acquisition efforts through guided, in-person sales interactions
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
• Contribute to daily and weekly store performance goals
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming retail presence

Who You Are

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communicator who enjoys working with people face-to-face
• Motivated to learn and grow in a performance-driven environment
• Comfortable working retail hours, including evenings and weekends
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting
