Our Personal Training Directors must have a passion for, and a willingness to:

• Marketing personal training to members
• Giving away sample workouts to experience what personal training can do.
• Sales negotiation
• Team management and accountability talks
• Exercise and living a healthy lifestyle A Personal Training Director in an average club that enrolls (sells) 5 new personal training clients per week will earn $75K - $85K per year! Experience is a plus, but we are also willing to develop candidates that possess an outgoing and coachable attitude. Only apply if you have transportation.
