Compensation

:

• Base Salary + Commission
• Typical earnings range: $48,000 to $240,000+ annually (combination of base pay, commission, and bonuses)

About the Role

: Solarise is growing fast and seeking motivated, energetic Canvassers to help homeowners learn about the benefits of switching to solar energy. In this role, you'll work outdoors, going door-to-door to generate leads and set appointments for solar consultations. This is not a door-to-door sales position with hard-closing requirements. We are seeking a motivated individual eager to join a great company and earn a good living. Customers will get a $50 gift card for taking a look at a proposal! You'll focus on scheduling these appointments for our sales team.

What You'll Do

:

• Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods in different cities (no hard selling)
• Engage homeowners and explain briefly about our solar programs.
• Set appointments for no-obligation solar consultations
• Log appointments and follow-ups in the company system
• Attend training and team meetings What We're Looking For:
• Positive attitude and professional communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
• Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods
• Reliable transportation is required to go to the assigned areas
