Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed. Ability to build rapport and maintain trust with clients. Licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention. Provide expert advice on various insurance products, including auto, home, life, and commercial insurance. Handle client inquiries, policy changes, and claims assistance promptly and professionally. Meet or exceed sales targets through prospecting, networking, and referrals. Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory requirements.
