NorCal Roofing is seeking highly motivated Project Managers to join our growing team. We are seeking individuals who are hard working and results oriented to join NorCal Roofing! Our Project Managers are responsible for working directly with homeowners to complete bids and estimate jobs. Project Managers oversee each project to the satisfaction of the homeowner and collect payment for that work. Experience: Experience in sales or project managing is Strongly Recommended. We will train anyone who is willing to learn and has a drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

:

• Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience
• Use technology provided to create estimates
• Work Existing book of business and office leads. No Door to Door Sales necessary
• Act as a liaison between property owner and crew
• Be present at time of production to monitor the progress and quality of work being performed to homeowner's satisfaction and per scope of work.

• Must have reliable transportation as this job is 80% on the road locally

• Keen ability with technology
• Ability to carry, set-up and climb ladder required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
