We partner with government, state and commercial clients to effectively provide Education, Healthcare, Engineering, and Technology services to improve the management and delivery of their programs. The Business Service Lead is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with employers, promoting workforce development programs, identifying employment and training opportunities, and supporting business engagement initiatives throughout the region. This position serves as a liaison between employers, job seekers, training providers, and community partners to increase participation in workforce programs and improve employment outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct employer outreach and develop business partnerships.
• Promote workforce development programs and services to employers and community stakeholders.
• Identify job openings, work-based learning opportunities, and training partnerships.
• Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and employer engagement activities.
• Assist with business recruitment, retention, and workforce solutions.
• Maintain employer records and track performance outcomes.
• Collaborate with workforce staff, training providers, and community organizations to support participant employment and training goals.

Qualifications

: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Workforce Development, or a related field preferred. Experience in business development, sales, marketing, employer relations, workforce development, or economic development is highly desirable.
