We are a growing bath and shower remodeling company seeking motivated, disciplined sales representatives to run company-provided, pre-set appointments with homeowners actively requesting consultations. Overview

• Conduct in-home consultations for bath and shower remodels
• Present design options, pricing, and financing
• Diagnose homeowner needs and close deals in the home
• Follow a proven sales process with full company support What We Provide
• Pre-qualified, company-generated leads (no cold calling)
• Uncapped commission structure -Top reps well over 200k

• 1+ year of in-home, commission-based sales experience (home improvement preferred but not required)
• Confident closer with strong presentation skills
