Responsibilities

: Roofing Sales Representative We are seeking a motivated and experienced Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is self-driven, has excellent customer service skills, and is experienced in residential and/or commercial roofing sales.

Responsibilities

: Generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting. Meet with homeowners and business owners to inspect roofs and discuss their roofing needs. Prepare and present accurate estimates and proposals. Explain roofing materials, products, warranties, and financing options. Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process. Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication with customers. Coordinate with office staff and production teams to ensure smooth project scheduling. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals. Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system. Stay current on roofing products, industry trends, and local building codes.

Qualifications

: Previous roofing sales experience preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs when necessary. Self-motivated with excellent time management skills. Basic computer and smartphone proficiency. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
